Edit heading not visible in TeamSite 7.2.1(on Top right)

Edit heading is not visible in TeamSite 7.2.1 on top right corner, it should visible between Import & Preview heading. It's visible when page loads after fraction of sec it's going off. Unable to trace issue

It's not working only in TeamSite 7.2.1, working fine in TeamSite 7.2

Is this product bug, did any one face this issue in TeamSite 7.2.1

Default question anyone would ask is, did you had any UI Customization in place before you did an upgrade? What OS are you on. Did this happen soon after the upgrade or it started happening randomly?

If you think there was no customization, I would open a support case, as we are on 7.2.1 and haven't seen this issue at all.

Did you do any customization on 7.2.1?
You should check with the support whether it is a reported bug or not. Please mention your server OS details too.

This is a product bug in 7.2.1 if you do not have Site Publisher checked in your license. You probably don't have Edit or CopyTo in your Edit menu either. There's a workaround for this:

Problem:

Missing CopyTo and Edit in Edit menu

Solution:

to bring back the "Edit" and "Copy to" menu items when the TS license has "SITEPUBLISHER=false" is :

1. In \ApplicationContainer\server\default\deploy\iw-cc.war\WEB-INF\conf\livesite\commands.xml file
change BOTH of the following lines:
from iw.ccpro.copy_to_workarea to iw.livesite.ccpro.copy_to_workarea
AND
from iw.ccpro.update_workarea to iw.livesite.ccpro.update_workarea

2. In \ApplicationContainer\server\default\deploy\iw-cc.war\WEB-INF\conf\livesite\commandgroups.xml file commenting out the entire command-group for
iw.group.ccpro.edit,
iw.group.ccstd.edit,
iw.group.copy_to_workarea
and
iw.group.update_workarea.

3. Restart TS.

I'm working on TeamSite 7.2.1 in linux platform

This issue happens after upgrade, i think it's because of upgrade of UI customization. I did modification on my ui_custom.xml, now edit heading is visible on top right corner after make_toolkit
