Retrving the initial date creation of a file

Hi There,

I created a DCR couple of days back and submitted several times. Now I need to retrive the DCR Created Date or the first Submission date.

I could only see IWDCRInfo.getModificationDate ()

Is there any CLT or formAPI function to get that info?
