cronjob to run perl script

Hi,

Recently we setup a cronjob (cron_ent_ssm_xml.ipl ) which invokes another perl script (fetch_courses.ipl) to generate .xml files in Teamsite under specified location. Since last week the script was not working.
When i run manually, the script (fetch_saba_courses.ipl) work fine.
If i run this script through cronjob it is not working.

I felt it only execute the script until certain line then it stop as i see most of the related files didn't update after the script run by cron.

0 1,12 * * * /apps/iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl /apps/iw-home/local/bin/www-symc/cron/cron_ent_ssm_xml.ipl > /dev/null 2>&1

Can anyone please help me on this?
