Hi,

When we deploy content using Datadeploy to SQL database, we observed that old table gets deleted and new table gets created depending upon field mentioned in DD script. Is this the way Datadeploy works or we need to make changes to configuration files to avoid this?

Any inputs on this will be highly appreciated.

Attached is the datadeploy script that i used to deploy content to database. Do i need to add any config value or parameter to avoid deletion of table each time?

so does that your table always contains a single newly inserted record?

The old table is getting overwritten by the new data(whether it is 1 row or many rows).

Whether the table get deleted and created or Data get deleted and inserted as new row
