We are receiving the following errors while uploading an AI file.

13328000.010_FSH_SCP12.7_CAN.ai could not be added: PrintThread: Warning - Print-out never showed up.
PrintThread: Warning - Force-terminated print process.
PrintThread: Warning - Force-terminated print process.
Exception in Primitive {1E885AE1}! Reason = Problem in RIP.
, Message = PDFDecoder: Error ripping page content

13328000.010_FSH_SCP12.7_CAN.ai: PrintToImage: Warning, Process terminated. Exception in Primitive {1E885AE1}! Reason = Problem in RIP. , Message = PDFDecoder: Error ripping page content PrintToImage: Warning - timeout waiting for printing job completing.

Any idea what is causing this? Could it be related to the Black Ice Printer?

You should mention your MB ver / OS / DB etc..
1. Please spend time in reading the manuals
2. Are you using custom task?
3. Are you getting the same error in Windows client / Web client ?
4. Did you look at the MB logs ?
