Issue with the dropdown

Hi

I am trying to create an dropdown as below

Parent Categories





when I see my fORM , I see that the dropdown does not hold 'select' value as selected , instead i get an empty select.

Please let me know how can this be resolved.

Specify the selected attribute value as 't'. Ex: <option name="select" selected="t" label="select"/>
