Downgrading 6.7.2. SP1 to 6.7.2.

We are downgrading Teamsite 6.7.2. SP1 to TS 6.7.2. on a Windows server.
We uninstalled the SP1 through control panel -> install/uninstall

After uninstalling (without warnings) and rebooting, the user interface doesn't load.
There is one mention in the log file:

cannot parse iwutild_client.cfg.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Have you checked the file iwutild_client.cfg?
May we know the reason behind this downgrade?

Did you re-install the web-apps?

Via:
- make_toolkit -target install
- install/install_webapps.ipl

Checks docs for exact syntax!
