Add new button for DCR Datum

Hi,

I want to add a new link for DCR Datums. We have few links like 'Clear' , 'Browse' , 'Edit' , 'New' etc. I want to add a new link along side these links which would open a CGI and give the result in a popup. CGI part is quite clear but how can I add the new link ? There's no documentation for SitePublisher UI customization, or maybe I couldn't find it. Please find attached the image to clear the air on what I exactly mean.
