Workarea not appearing in std interface

Hi all

TS 6.7.2. I've created a new branch and have followed all the usual steps, but this time I'm having a problem seeing the branch in the standard interface - it doesn't appear under 'add workareas'.

The users in the group associated with the workarea definitely have the necessary permissions as they can edit etc in the pro interface.

Any ideas?

If I read you correctly you mean to say that you can see your Workarea in Pro but can't see in Std interface rite?

And do you have 672 SP1? If it is the case then its a product bug and IWOV say they have fixed it in TS 7.X and a patch is provided for other versions where this issue has been seen.

This is becoming a real issue for us, I'm not having much joy getting a resolution from IW support and have been unable to track down this patch myself, so does anyone know where it is?

IW Support flat out told me there is no patch for this problem. I have gotten nowhere when them since.

Have you made sure the owner and, more importantly, group settings and permissions on the workareas are correct?

I had a case earlier in my current project where users weren't seeing forms and such, and we went in and fixed the access rights on the workareas and DCTs, etc. and it all started showing up for them.
