Out of the Box "Submit Workflow" is not visible

Hi

In one of the Branches, I don't see the "Submit workflow" in the Workflow initiation screen. However, other custom workflows are available from the list.

That sounds just like someone configured it that way.

Do you know where that configuration would have been done?

The Manage Workflow option in Administration Tab only shows custom workflows.
