Deployment error

Got the following error while doing deployment using the iwodcmd command

"Failed to receive message from OpenDeploy Server
Reason: sockErr=10053, Software caused connection abort
Check that the OpenDeploy server on host localhost is listening on port 3434".

Whether the port you are checking odbase(sender) or odreceiver?
Verify the sender port is fine through running deployment to some other target environment from host
