workflow metadata task description using WFM

Hi,

We are using Workflow Modeller for Teamsite 7.2.1.

We have metadata task as the start task in the workflow after start task.
When we trigger workflow to deploy file, it asks for metadata. After that it opens another screen which asks for Task Comments.

We have given task comments in the metadata task of WFM but it still asks for that.

Please tell how to avoid task description screen.

Any comments you provide within the WFM are essentially "code comments". The comment you are being prompted for when running the workflow are "transition comments" and, to the best of my knowledge, you cannot skip that aspect of the UI when using the OOTB metadata task.

You might be able to skip if by using a CGI Task in which you write your own custom wrapper for calling the tagger UI on each / all the files associated with the task, without actually letting the UI know that it's being used as part of a job (that's the part that causes the transition comment window to be displayed).
