Unable to display DCR using PT

When i am trying to display DCR using PT.It is showing following error.

"The Interwoven Web Daemon was unable to contact the Interwoven Proxy Server. The Interwoven Proxy Server may be down, or running on an unexpected host or port.

Please contact your system administrator. "

Please help me to sort out this problem.

i am using Teamsite 6.7.2 on windows environment.

Are you proxy service are up ie iwproxy ?

yes proxy server is up..

Check that apache or IIS is running on port 81.

Does your TeamSite UI come onto your display? Most of the time, this error will prevent any users from seeing the TeamSite UI. Or this only happens when you are trying to preview or generate from the DCR?

yes..teamsite ui display is fine.everry thing is working fine...but dcr display using pt is not coming.

Check the server log files for any errors when you open the DCR.

In server log it is showing nothing related to this issue.

but browser gives following message.

Please try typing the following commands, and capturing and posting the output, from a command prompt window running on the TeamSite server:

C:\>net start | find "Interwoven"

C:\>net start | find "Publishing"
...
C:\>netstat -na | find ":81"
...
