Controlling log level for CSSDK over web services

I have created a Java module that is connecting to CSSDK over the Axis web service.
Code is working fine but I am trying to fine tune the logging.

I am using log4j for the logging and the Axis web service doesn't seem to be picking up the Log Level so all the debug messages are in my output.

For example:
2531 [main] DEBUG org.apache.axis.encoding.DeserializationContext - Enter: DeserializationContext::startElement(http://content-services.org/cm/2.0/access, getServerOSTypeResponse)

I am running Eclipse locally to debug and passing path to cssdk.properties.

I am thinking there might be a setting there but haven't seen an example yet. I haven't seen a way yet to associate the logger of the Axis service to the one I have configured.

Anyone worked on this or seen this in the manuals.
