My Favorites - add new folder ?

I am using TS 6.5 SP2 - Content Center Standard.
I have few folders and files in My Favorites list but I'm not able to add new folders to it. When I attempt to do so, it lists the folder initially, but when I log out of CMS and log back in, the folder disappears.

How can I fix this issue?

Is this a constant problem for you?
Is this a constant problem for any other users of the system?

It might be a corrupted entities database (where the favorites information is stored) - I suggest you check with Support.
