Kill Job Fail from Teamsite UI

Hi All,

We are facing issue while killing workflow job from Teamsite UI.The error message is

Remove job 1094430 failed: com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSAuthorizationException - Operation not permitted

Environment:
1)Solaris 10
2)TeamSite 6.7.1 SP1 Patch 7
3)Iplanet 5.1 SP4

Any suggestions much appreciated.

permissions are there for a reason.

What role(s) do you (or the person trying to kill the job) have?

Hi All,

Thanks for your resonse.
User is having Editor and Administrator roles.Till yesterday it was working fine and suddenly it's giving error message.If I try to kill job using Master role it's deleting properly.

Is there any logs for checking this type of issues?

You need to be a master in order to kill other users jobs. If not, then the user that owns that job will need to kill it.
