TS 7.2 - How to verify that TFO is up and running in server side?

We just finished installing Teamsite Server 7.2.1.

We tried to use Teamsite Front Office client 7.2.1 to connect to the TS server but fail. How could we verify that Teamsite FrontOffice has been installed to the server?

We cannot find any relative support documents for this topic.
