IWdeltracker table not getting upadated

Hi,
kindly help me to solve an issue regarding dd deployment,

I have given delete-tracker="yes" in my dd xml for a particular datatype ,but the entries are not updated in the iwdeltracker table when i deploy that particular dcr.
