Could not find available submit workflow templates for user

Hi Guys I have an issue here with one particular user when user tries to submit video files in workflow. Other .xml file for user works ok in workflow.

Available_templates.xml is fine same for other users giving same access to workflow. Id set up is same just as other regular users, even after completely deleting user from teamsite/database and recreating id user still gets error below.

Any help/advise as usual is greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the user either doesn't have access to the available_models.xml file, or (more likely) doesn't have access to the specific workflow model that available_models.xml is directing the system to try to use.

You'll have to continue digging into this yourself by examining the rights on each and every directory leading up to, and including, the workflow model (which, if I recall correctly, is run from the STAGING area somewhere within the iwadmin branch)
