You should use ij prompt for this. Look into the "Using the Derby Database" section in TS admin guide.

The TS favorites are saved in the Entity DB, not in derby. \local\entities\Index file relates the file under \local\entities\Data directory to a particular user. The numbered files under Data directory holds the user preferences and favorites for a particular user.
