Custmise logout link

Hi Experts,
I am using TS 6.7 in Linux. When log out from the TS application in the top right corner, an alert pop-up window is needed to warn the client that there are files locking on his username. When the client click ok, it will logout. Or click cancel, it will stay in the TS.

I presume the logout link in ui_common.xml need to changed, but where should the new pop-up js file be put in?

Experts please help.
