As i was new to TS,i am getting knowledge through the tutorials. I didnt get much info about the pathid attribute.
Can i know what is the purpose of the pathid? when to use?

This is for "xml" style DCTs:

You could come up with all sorts of different results based on what you do in the DCT - but that's the general idea. I'd say that about 95%+ of the time, pathid and name are set the same and it works just fine.
