User not setting properly while saving dcr

Hi,
When we save the dcr the owner/modifier is not setting as the logged in user.
It is setting as the default Interwoven TeamSite UI Daemons User. I have checked the forums for impersonation issue, have made the changes to the iw.cfg file also. Still the problem persisits.
