Basic workflow selection appearing

I am trying to present a specific workflow form when the submit is initiated from a specific area of Teamsite. However, when the submit popup window appears, I see my selection, but I'm also seeing another option called "Basic Workflow"

My available_templates.cfg has only one entry for my specific workflow. I've looked around to see where this additional option is being added and have not had any luck finding it.

Attached are my files as well as a picture of the initial selection window.

The another workflow is created using the "Workflow Modular (WFM)".
You can remove that workflow by using the Administration tab-

Goto Administration --> Manage Workflows
then from the right textarea..remove OR comment OR change for specific branch for which it is created using the <model> </model> tags.
Then save.
