Disable preview option on the instantiation form

we are using WFM 7.1 , teamsite server 7.1
While creating a new workflow using WFM by default it always shows a preview link on the WF instantiation form.

NOTE: When we click on the preview link - web view of the workflow model appears.
Page 168 of WFM 7.0 user guide.

How can we get his option disabled ?
