component is getting wiped out from the page

Hi All-

We are experiencing issue with LSDS 7.1. We have a site with header components and its contains login and Registar link. Once somebody logged-in into the site and leave for few hours then the header components is getting wiped from the website. if we restart the LSDS services then its again displaying. We already set the header component as "Do Not Cache".

My envrionment details -
LSDS - 7.1
Apache-tomcat 6.18
Linux

Please help me on this

Any errors in the logs?

Can you do a view source of the page to confirm that the HTML fragment has vanished?

Could it be a browser/UI issue?

Need more info to resolve the issue....

The html is getting render correctly. we are receiving below error in tomcat logs.
