CSInvalidGroupException: (No such group)

Using Teamsite 6.7.2, Windows 2003

We have a user who is getting the following error when trying to start new jobs:

Failed to instantiate a workflow model. Click details for more information, or contact your system administrator.

com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSInvalidGroupException: (No such group)

I have tried setting debug mode to true for this workflow, had the user try to start a new job, and compared the text that displays in the expended workflow model and final job spec windows to the text that displays in these windows for users who are not running into this error. The only difference is that the name listed for group v= is occasionally truncated. So far the group name seems to get truncated ONLY IF the job description is: adding meta data, adding metadata, or adding meta+anything else.

Has anyone run into the same kind of issue, and how did you resolve it?

I should also note that the custom_instantiation for the workflow job description field is just a:

Update: We've noticed that the error and group name truncation occur after the same text has been used for a job description multiple times. Have a ticket open with Autonomy for this.

we are getting same error "CSInvalidGroupException: (No such group) "

- We can create groups (tsgroups.xml gets updated)
- Can view the groups in Admin console

- Cannot delete the groups (tsgroups.xml do NOT get updated)
- Cannot assign users to groups
- cannot assign roles to groups on branches

Please suggest what can be the issue, if you have resolved it with your support ticket

hence our workflows which are utilizing these groups are not working

Autonomy is taking their time with the ticket.

My issue is with starting a new job using one of our workflows - the group name is occasionally being truncated. I am not having problems assigning users to groups, or roles to groups.

Shma, do you have administrator/master permissions in Teamsite?
