Workflow tab invisible for user

Initially a user was a ldap user, the user needed login to the TS box as he needed access to box. He was added to the box, after that the user is having issue accessing TeamSite. The workflow tab no longer appears for the user

1)I have tried removing the user from TS UI, after removing the user from all the groups he has access to then executed the following commands
2)iwuser -d \username
3)iwldapsync
4)If the user is added as a OS user the same issue repeats.
5)If i try to add the user as LDAP user, it doesn't let me and it gives me a message that User already exists

How can this issue be resolved, Thanks in advance

I have similar issue when i added user then the OS admin removed it then added it then i had to remove/add it again then we started having some issues similar to yours.

my suggestion is to stop/restart the iw.server. that solved our issue.
