Deletion of user in linux and Teamsite

Hi,

There is one userId which was deleted from OS Linux (and also from TeamSite).
Now we created it again but the user is not able to see any WorkArea.
Although we added the userid to all the groups with proper acces from OS but no luck.

We executed these commands -

useradd -u 2540 -g 100 -d /home/200015655 -s /bin/bash -c "Sahitaa" -m 200015655

passwd 200015655

/apps/geamts/Interwoven/TeamSite/bin/iwuseradm add-user 200015655

usermod -a -G GroupA 200015655

Has anyone faced such kind of an issue?

Any help would be appreciated.
