TinyMCE Browser loses focus

I have TinyMCE issue - a nuisance rather. The problem is with OTB "Insert/Edit" pop-up. Scenario is as follows:
DCR => TinyMCE Text Area => Click Image => OTB Box (URL, Alt, etc) appears => Click Browse => IWOV Browser Box appears.

So far so good. Problem is, at this moment OTB Box loses focus so deep that it becomes "hidden" behind DCR.
In other words, DCR not TinyMCE box becomes "next in line" when user makes his choice and closes IWOV Browser.
For the user that's double whammy. First of, he sees the DCR where nothing changed. Knee-jerk reaction is of
course to try again - with the same result. Then they have to dig for the TinyMCE box, click "Ok" button etc.

Manifestation is identical in IE6, IE7 and FF 3.5. Search being what it is I can not find anything relevant in the Forum.
So - is there any TinyMCE configuration (or anything else) I can change to restore normal box visibility stack ( 1-2-3-2-1 )?

There is nothing much in the manuals. So RTFM is a waste of time. I tried the TinyMCE forums and that was not helpful either.

I would say that you need to look at

/httpd/iw/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/tiny_mce_src.js
/httpd/iw/tinymce/config/custom_config.js , and
/httpd/iw/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/iwimg/*

and look at the code and see if you find something useful.
