Permission issue

WS2008, TS672

I have a group of users added on TS.
One of the users does not have access to files. What can b wrong ?
I have checked following , User is added on OS , User is added in TS , User is in the group and this group is given permission on workarea.

Do we need to modify tsusers.xml file in TS672 ? I remember that was the case in TS650.

Please let me know what can be wrong in here ? Why is this user not having access to files ?

If you have added user to TS, user gets added in tsusers.xml.

From your post, what I can understand is one of the group members is not able to access while others in the group are able to access that particular file.

Why dont you compare the roles and the groups of one user which has access and which doesnt have access, Perhaps this could solve your problem

Both users have editor access.

Does TS672 has tsusers.xml ? If I add a user in TS , can I delete that user from tsusers.xml manually ?

Roles are by branch are you sure the user is set up correctly at a branch level ?

Try deleting the user and adding him again in TS and then in the group you have created.
