Can we have pre-defined table format set in Visual Format. Whenever a teamsite user adds a table in visual format, table should come with pre-defined attributes. e.g table, tr, td tags can come along with classes attributes.

You can specify a [default] value for a textarea (WYSIWYG or otherwise) such that you can provide the basic table code you want right there. I've done this in the past where the textarea is part of an OR-container specifically for the purpose of including a table in the DCR.
