Teamsite 7.2 Preview Option not working

Hi

When we click on the Preview button in the Team Site 7.2 CCPro, it is showing us the error as
"Connection Failed. iwproxy was unable to open a connection to :81.
Reason : Transport endpoint is not connected".

When i check the port 81, no process is running on the port 81.

But when i run the ps command, it shows as iwproxy is running.

ps -ef | grep iwproxy
iwts 7436 1 0 02:35 ? 00:00:00 /usr/iw-home/TeamSite/bin/iwproxy
iwts 7437 7436 0 02:35 ? 00:00:00 /usr/iw-home/TeamSite/bin/iwproxy
iwadmin 23956 23823 0 05:25 pts/3 00:00:00 grep iwproxy

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Not sure about 7.2 but we have 6.7.2 SP1 here and last time we saw this error while attempting preview for images, htmls. The port related to iwproxy wasn't listening.

If not already try netstat -a | grep 81 and see it returns LISTEN.

It is listening on port 81.

The issue is that you need to have a "customer web server" running and [by default] listening on port 81. On Windows, this is usually IIS. On Unix, this is usually apache (not to be confused with iwwebd, which is also apache)

I suggest you, or whomever is responsible for your server, spend a bit more time reading the installation and administration manuals.
