Invalid Attachment Error

Hi,
While creating the Code and Content Workflow in TS 7.2, we noticed that it gives the error message about the TAR file as Invalid Attachment and once we detach the file than we can proceed with the workflow. could you please see the attached error screenshot and let me know the solution for this issue? what is the exact problem and why we are getting this error in TS 7.2.
