OpenDeploy Base Upgrade - Solaris 9

I did an upgrade of my base server from OD 6.1.1 to OD 6.2.1. The install log and the 'iwod60 -v' note that the upgrade version is 6.2.1 but the od.log shows OD starting as 6.1.1 and the deployment logs show version 6.1.1. Any idea why it is logging the old version?

$ ./iwod60 -v
