Strange URL behaviour in runtime

Hi there

LS 3.1, TS 6.7.2. We have a website which has just begun showing strange behaviour regarding links, despite (to my knowledge) no system changes being made which could have caused this.

Any link within this site (http://www.heacademy.ac.uk/BMAFInternationalSIG/) now has //york added to it despite the link being fine in TS, and when links are clicked on after this they are doubled-up (e.g. clicking on the about us link resolves to http://www.heacademy.ac.uk/BMAFInternationalSIG//york/BMAFInternationalSIG/about.page, clicking on it again results in http://www.heacademy.ac.uk/BMAFInternationalSIG//york/BMAFInternationalSIG/about.page/york/BMAFInternationalSIG/about.page).

Has anyone seen this kind of behaviour before?
