Unable to login into OD Admin GUI

Hi All,

TS: 6.7.2 SP1
OD: 7.1
Solaris 10.

I am unable to login into OD Admin GUI. It throws the error as below. Looks like the issue is only with my ID as my colleagues are able to login successfully. I tried checking for errors in odbase and other od logs but didn't find anything related to mine. Should i be looking in other logs? Admin also tried removing and adding back but i still see the same error.

Any pointers are appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, i will have to convince my admin team to restart Not sure why it would just fail for my id. Will try restarting and update with the results.

It was long time back but as far as i remember we couldn't pinpoint to a specific issue. A support case didn't help much either. They removed my id from the system and added it back before TeamSite schedule restart. After restart i was able to login. Did you try this?
