How to add comments to templating.cfg file

I would like to add comments to the "templating.cfg" file.
can somone suggest me how to do that.

You enter comments in any XML file thusly:

<!-- this is a comment -->

On the other hand, I haven't done this in templating.cfg. It _should_ work--try it.
