Deployment Agent to Deploy to Unix

I have setup a target in the Deployment Agent to deploy to TeamSite workarea on a Unix server. I have entered the following information

Target Type: FTP Site
Host Name: abc0123
FTP Sub-Path: /iwmnt/default/main/TargetOnline/WORKAREA/Development
Connection mode: passive
Transfer Mode: binary
User Name: testing
Password: *******
Proxy Server:

When I test the connection I am unable to connect. What am I doing wrong? Where can I find any log details.

Please if somebody could help.
