TeamSite 7.1 and support for Forums?

Binettoid

One of the reasons we opted for TS7.1 over an older version, was the touted support for user forums on the websites produced using 7.1.
Does anyone have any experience of this or can anyone tell me how this works?
There isn't anything about forums in the product documentation.
I have the example component guide spar installed and there's nothing in there either.
Any pointers?
