How to install 'OracleText' package in existing Oralce11g?

Oracletextpackage11g is part of Oracle11g installer, but i dont know how to install it.

when i am configuring Oracle database using Oracle Configurator, it is showing 'OracleTex package' in disabled mode, to get it in enabled Oracle text package needs to be installed. I tried with OracleUniversalinstaller to install package from 2nd part file downlaoded from Oracle.com but not succeeded.

Can anyone tell me how to get the 'OracleText package11g' installed in my existing Oracle11g.
