Preview in WA

Hi All,

I am not able to preview in a specify workarea which worked fine before.

Other workarea preview works..

In the server logs I see the below error.
Internal error: Failed to get generic servlet

Any pointers ?

Hi.

Sorry replied too quickly... What are you trying to preview.. a simple jsp page or is it that you are trying to preview a Data Capture Record.. ?

If first.. its issue with your application\ web server...do you have the workarea mounted on the web server? How do you have your preview configured for the other workareas? Are the other WAs also using the same application?

if second, does the user trying the preview have access to the preview directory?

Please provide more details about what kind of file you are previewing and how you have configured the WA for preview
