Targeting install (7.2.1)

Installed 7.2.1 on Linux on a TS server. By default this should include Targeting (whether the license is there or not it should be been installed.
Anyway the license was generated without targeting initially and now we have it. Nothing shows up in the menu for targeting, so do I need to reinstall ? I have tried iwreset -a with no luck.
