Extended attribute not being set when creating DCR

Hi all

TS 6.7.2, LS3.1, MT 4.1.2

Occasionally users are creating DCRs and the crucial (for us) TeamSite\LiveSite\ID EA isn't being set. I can't see any reason why this might be, and retagging in MetaTagger sorts the problem out.

Any ideas as to why this should be?

How are the DCRs normally created ? How are the EAs attached ?

The DCRs are created when users complete a DCT, and the EAs are attached when they submit the form. I've tried to locate the file where this last step happens, but am reaching the limits of my TS knowledge to be honest. Any advice welcome ...
