How to create localize DCR from workflow task

Hi all,
I need to create a workflow that start the localize command on the attached file... how can implement this behavior?

have you looked at the OOTB translations workflow. You should be able to start with that

I see this workflow and the used class but didn't find what I'm looking for. There is no documentation about the class used to traslate DCR?
Otherwise I'll have to use "opendeploy" to create the localized file...
There is a class that return me the list of languages configured?
