Open Deploy login failure

Hi All,

I am getting an error REQUEST_DENIED whenever i try to login to Open Deploy server. I am using OD 7.1 and trying to login wiht bootstrap user name.

The log file entries I am getting are:

Seeing the same thing after installing TeamSite. Before installing TeamSite we were able to login.

Did this get resolved?

What user did you perform the installation as?
Is there a bootstrap-user defined in the default.cfg file?
Does that user have Log On Locally privileges?

CSF/AccessService/etc/passphrase file to OpenDeployNG/etc/passphrase and run iwreset -ui

There is only a cltproxyAuthCheck setting and it didn't work for us.

The fix is to move

This works fine! Thanks a lot!! Though I am not sure why we need an 'iwreset -ui' for this to start working. Is this somehow now connected to the TeamSite UI?

This problem occurred for us after finishing teamsite 7.3.2 installation.
Solution - Copy CSF/AccessService/etc/passphrase file to OpenDeployNG/etc/passphrase and run iwreset -ui.

It was an unexpected issue as I don't understand why Teamsite installer overwrite passphrase file. Nothing is mentioned in the documents. Anyways this post was helpful.

How is this not mentioned in their documentation? How does HP/Autonomy expect users to figure these things out?! There is no reference to the string "passphrase" in any of their 20+ pdfs...

Apparently you aren't doing a very good job of searching the PDFs or you don't have the right PDFs to search through...
