Error: Full text index is unavailable at this time

Hi,

I have installed and setup the Imange 8.5 server, but when i try to search for the document. i am getting following error in the worksite web

[NRTSession ][SearchDocuments ]Full text index is unavailable at this time

Is there anything i need to activate. Can anyone help me on this?

Hi,

I had a same issue, make sure below details are correct in Configuring WorkSite Server for each database.

Port Number—Enter the port number that WorkSite Server uses to
communicate with the WorkSite Indexer. This is the Port value as defined
in the WorkSite IDOL.cfg file. When using a single Content engine
only, this is the Port value in the WorkSite Content.cfg file. The
default port number is 9000.

Repository Name: Enter the name defined in the SecurityType
parameter for this library. For example, enter Worksite_london for the
london library, and Worksite_newyork for the newyork library.
This must match the settings that you defined in the Security section of the
WorkSite Content configuration file. For example:
