TS Administration window not showing up - TS 7.1

Hi,

We have installed Teamsite 7.1 successfully and was able to work with Administration window. but suddenly we got the following error when we click on Administration link from TS CCP window.

Error:
"Could not contact Administration server. Please try after sometime or contact system administrator".

I didn't see any relavant errors in the log files.

Environment:
TS 7.1 on LDOM Solaris 10

Did any body encounter this issue?

Surender, this happened to me after a while and when I dug deeper I found a bunch of services and subsystems were failing. I traced it to my SQL server "forgetting" which port it was running on. Once I fixed that it all came up again.

He actually gave the best answer. This has been addressed multiple posts, all with with different replies (and your post shows another), so he should search and look.

I had same issue, mine was related to common services not running because DB connection issues. check out this log for errors: /Interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/log/server.log and jboss.log

Is your JBoss service running? Restart that.

Thank you all. I got it to work now. It seems there was some database connection problem. I asked DB guys to look into it and they resolved the issue.
