Issues in sending Email through iw_solution_email

Hi,

We were just trying to send an email message through iw_solution_email.ipl script ,i did the following steps:-

1.Changed the iw.cfg entries;-
maildomain=domain
mailserver=Ipaddress
use_mapping_file=true
email_mapping_file=iw-home\local\config\wft\solutions\email_map.cfg

2.Made entry in email_map.cfg file for the user name and email ID.

3.Following entries are there in the external task section:-

I turned the debugging on in the script and following message is getting displayed in iw_solutions_debug.log file

"Exception in iw-home\local\config\wft\solutions\iw_solution_email.ipl: Can't call method "GetId" on an undefined value at iw-home\local\config\wft\solutions\iw_solution_email.ipl line 394."

Also,I am able to send mail through iwsend_mail.ipl so there doesnt seem to anything wrong in mail server settings,Any guidance from experts as in where exactly am i going wrong or is there any additional setting needs to be done?

Did you look at line 394 of the script to see which line was failing? It appears it can't find your task. Is the task that executes the script still active?
