Need to customize the page size on page list

Hi,

I need to customize the page size on pagelist to submit DCRs more than 100 a time, since we have thousands of DCRs imported and need to submit. Can anyone tell me how to customize that? or how can I work around this? Currently I am using TeamSite 6.7.2, and the default page size is 100 or all. 100 is too small, because if I choose 100 a time for submitting, I need to submit 80 times to a workflow, if I choose all, it seems the number of files are too much to be supported, so 300 files may be a good number for a pagelist.

In iw.cfg you will find a setting for

list_page_size=100 # Should be a multiple of 25 (-1 for unlimited)

Change it to your liking. A restart of TeamSite may be needed.

But, after I updated it to be 200, and restart teamsite, it still shows 100|All.

My TeamSite version: Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.2 Service Pack 2

Anything else which I can try?

Please Note: I added: list_page_size=200 on [iwserver] section. I didn't find the
list_page_size=100 there.

That is from a KB article on the support site, circa 2000. So hopefully it is still supported.

That's where it's located on my 6.7.2 system and my 7.2.1 system as well. But, after testing it on both servers it appears that it no longer works. The entry was just manually copied over to the iw.cfg throughout upgrades from our original 5.x installation back in 2002. Guess I should remove it.

It seems the same. Can you help to check the supported version of TeamSite? I am using v6.7.2 sp2

It was probably only supported in version 5.x since the support doc indicates 5.x and wasn't updated with anything else. I would forget about the setting I suggested as it probably won't work with anything 6.5 and above.

I've never tried this, but the UI Customization Guide indicates that you can change it in the ui_custom.xml file. I would suggest examining the following file in iwhome\httpd\webapps\content_center\WEB-INF\conf\base\README_base_config_types.txt and search for pageSize and the UI Customization Guide on where to put your customized ui_custom.xml file and how to use make_toolkit.ipl change it. The rest you need to learn on your own.
